Hi, I’m Manvi Sahni (she/her).
At The Therapeutic Space, my goal is simple: to create a space where you can truly be yourself—where you’re met with compassion, curiosity, and care. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply in need of someone to talk to, you are warmly welcome here.
I am the Founder and Counseling Psychologist at The Therapeutic Space (TTS), holding a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, with training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotionally-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Somatic EMDR, and Narrative Therapy.
As an Integrative Practitioner and Queer Affirmative psychologist, I also incorporate Acceptance based, somatic and narrative therapies, alongside psychodynamic orientated visualization and guided imagery as core tools for emotional processing and self reflection reflection. This unique blend allows me to tailored therapy to meet your individual needs in a way that feels authentic and effective.
At the heart of my work is creating a warm, reflective, and supportivr environment where you can identify your strengths, reconnect with your inner resources, and move toward genuine growth and healing..
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across India and internationally, like UK, Canada, USA, Australia, UAE, Germany, Spain etc, serving in both Hindi and English, specializing in individual and couples therapy
My Approach
Her focus is not just on coping, but on helping clients move toward a life that feels balanced, intentional, and fulfilling.
I offer a collaborative, compassionate, and presence-oriented space grounded in an integrative and trauma-informed approach. Drawing from my training in Psychodynamic Therapy, ACT, SFBT, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Somatic EMDR, and EFIT, I meet you where you are—whether that means exploring past patterns, connecting with your values, processing trauma held in the body, or deepening behavioural & emotional connection.
I work from an integrative framework that combines psychodynamic and narrative approaches to support insight and meaning-making, alongside Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to clarify values, build on strengths, and support meaningful change. Somatic and EMDR-based interventions are used to support nervous system regulation and trauma processing, while emotionally focused and experiential techniques (EFIT) deepen emotional awareness and connection. This integrative approach allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs in a way that feels grounded, collaborative, and effective.
Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you. It’s a shared process where we work together to understand your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and make room for healing and growth—always at your own pace.
In our therapeutic journey, you are not a problem to be solved—but your problems are problems to be resolved, with care, respect, and patience.
In our sessions, you don’t need to have it all figured out or hold everything together. This is a space for honesty, reflection, and compassion—a place where you can safely explore your emotions and make sense of your experiences without pressure or expectation.

Client Feedback
Hear from our clients about their transformative experiences with us.
Me and my husband came in after years of relationship strain, stuck in the same patterns. We didnot believe therapy would help anymore, but Manvi created a safe, non-judgmental space and guided us with clarity and care, helping us see things we couldn’t on our own. Therapy helped us stop blaming each other and start understanding what was happening between us. She helped us learned to work on the relationship, not against each other. Over time, we feel more connected, calmer, and like a team again.

Sessions with Manvi have been truly comforting, insightful, and impactful. She creates a space where it's easy to open up, reflect, and work through negative thoughts. Her guidance helped me clear my mind and feel genuinely supported. Truly one of the kindest and most helpful professionals I’ve met.

I had been to so many therapists, but nothing helped. I was anxious, barely sleeping, and felt completely lost due to sleep apnea. Manvi was the first person who truly saw what was going on—she helped me realize my anxiety had a medical root . That changed everything. With her support, I finally started to feel like myself again.

Manvi does magic in just one session. I came in feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, and in a single conversation, she helped me find clarity, emotional relief, and a new perspective. Her presence is grounding, and her insights are powerful. I honestly felt much shifted for me in that one. I'm deeply grateful for the experience.
