At The Therapeutic Space, I believe therapy is not something done to you, but something we co-create. I meet you with empathy and genuine interest, not assumptions. We work with what’s here in the present, without reducing you to labels or diagnoses. You are a whole, evolving human - and that’s where we begin. Together, we make meaning, move gently through what feels heavy, and build toward what feels right for you.
My aim is not to create dependence on therapy, but to support you in building the insight, resilience, and self-trust needed to meet life with greater independence and confidence.
My Approach
As an Eclectic Practitioner rooted in a Humanistic Core, I integrate diverse therapeutic modalities, drawing from my training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Narrative, and Art Therapy, including Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive-Behavior Therapy and Trauma-Informed Care. I also incorporate visualization as meaningful tools for deeper processing and self-reflection.
I work across all age groups such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across India and internationally, in Hindi & English specializing in individual and couples therapy. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from different parts of the world - including Poland, UK, US, Hungary, London, Australia, Canada, Sweden, South Africa, Germany, New Zealand, Dubai and across Europe - which has deeply enriched my understanding of people’s unique stories and cultural backgrounds.
A Space to Reconnect, Reclaim & Rise
In our time together, I support you in exploring your emotions, making sense of them, and finding ways to express them that feel true. Therapy is a place for quiet reflection and honest connection - a space where all parts of you are welcome and honored. You don’t have to be “okay” or hold everything together. There’s no rush, no need to justify your emotions - just space to arrive as you are.
I often tell clients: we can't learn to play the piano by only reading sheet music - we have to touch they keys and practice. Therapy works the same way: not just understanding but practicing new ways of being and feeling. Through reflection and embodied awareness, sessions support you in experiencing yourself differently, helping you reconnect with who you are, reclaim your voice, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
