I believe in creating a space that feels real, compassionate, and grounded - where your truth is not only welcome, but honored. Whether it’s your quiet hopes, your uncertainties, or the parts of you still unfolding, they all have a place here.
Therapy, to me, is a shared process - not something done to you, but something we co-create together. My approach is:
Warm and curious – I meet you with empathy and genuine interest, not assumptions.
Relationally rooted – We engage in a therapeutic relationship where your voice matters.
Here-and-now focused – Grounded in the present moment, we make space for what's arising now.
Human-first – I don’t reduce you to labels or diagnoses. You are a complex, whole, evolving human - and that’s where we begin.

In our time together, I gently support you in exploring your emotions, making sense of them, and finding ways to express them that feel true to you. I see therapy as a space for quiet reflection and honest connection - a place where all parts of you are welcome. You don’t have to be “okay” or “hold it all together.” Here, there’s no pressure to rush your story or justify your emotions - just space to arrive exactly as you are. With warmth and care, I’ll walk beside you as you begin to reconnect with yourself, at your own pace.
My approach is integrative and flexible - rooted in practices that are presence-centered, solution-focused, narrative-informed, and grounded in acceptance and personal agency. Whether you're navigating stress, anxiety, or personal struggles, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Because I believe that "mental health doesn’t get better by chance - it gets better by change."
