Hi, I’m Krisha Gala and I’m so glad to see you here taking first step towards healing...
Reaching out for support isn’t always easy - yet here you are, arriving at The Therapeutic Space and taking a meaningful, brave step toward yourself. That alone reflects so much courage - and I want you to know you don’t have to navigate things alone anymore.
How We Journey Together
I believe in creating a space that feels real, compassionate, and grounded - where your truth is not only welcome but honored. Whether it’s your quiet hopes, your uncertainties, or the parts of you still unfolding, they all have a place here.
Therapy, to me, is a shared process - not something done to you, but something we co-create together. My approach is:
Warm and curious – I meet you with empathy and genuine interest, not assumptions.
Relationally rooted – We engage in a therapeutic relationship where your voice matters.
Here-and-now focused – Grounded in the present moment, we make space for what's arising now.
Human-first – I don’t reduce you to labels or diagnoses. You are a complex, whole, evolving human - and that’s where we begin.
Together, we make meaning, move gently through what feels heavy, and build toward what feels right for you.
My Approach
As an Eclectic Practitioner grounded in a Humanistic Core, I weave together multiple therapeutic modalities with my training in EFIT, Narrative, and Art Therapy, including PCT, ACT, SFBT, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care. In my practice, I create a safe, compassionate, and reflective environment where clients feel supported in exploring their stories.
I work across all age groups such as children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as stress, anxiety, low mood, self-esteem and identity concerns, trauma, and relationship difficulties. My approach emphasizes resilience, self-connection, and personal growth, as I walk alongside each individual on their journey toward a life of meaning and fulfillment.
I offer online counselling and psychotherapy across India and internationally, in Hindi, English, and Gujarati, with a focus on individual and couple’s therapy. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients from different parts of the world- including Poland, UK, US, Hungary, London, Australia, Sweden, South Africa and across Europe - which has deeply enriched my understanding of people’s unique stories and cultural backgrounds.
A Space to Reconnect, Reclaim & Rise
In our time together, I gently support you in exploring your emotions, making sense of them, and finding ways to express them that feel true to you. I see therapy as a space for quiet reflection and honest connection - a place where all parts of you are welcome. You don’t have to be “okay” or “hold it all together.” Here, there’s no pressure to rush your story or justify your emotions - just space to arrive exactly as you are. With warmth and care, I’ll walk beside you as you begin to reconnect with yourself, at your own pace.
Therapy isn’t just about analyzing the past or understanding where everything comes from. While insight is valuable (and very much a part of our work), real and lasting change often happens when we slow down, connect with the body, and allow ourselves to truly feel.
I often ask clients: we can’t learn to play the piano by just reading sheet music - we have to place our fingers on the keys and practice. Therapy is much the same: it’s not only about understanding, but about practicing new ways of being and feeling.
Our sessions are a space to bring both reflection and embodied awareness, so you can not only understand yourself better but also begin to experience yourself differently.
My aim is to support you in taking those steps, however small, toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.
